the bee

“Sex talk? You mean the bee and the flower sex conversation? Your parents should have taken care of that a long time ago. Mine did.”

She elbowed him. “No, you bozo, I meant the safe-sex conversation where the bee explains in detail to the flower how he’s always worn a raincoat while buzzing around, and how he’d never gotten entangled with dubious pollen.”

  1. I just discovered your blog in an email from word press. So glad I opened their e-mail. Love the simplicity. I don’t know if it’s appropriate to ask this, but I wanted to start a “blog” years ago, almost before I knew what they were. But now they seem so abundant and time consuming, I am not sure I should bother. Could you give me any insight into your decision to start one and your thoughts about it?

    1. Hi Judy,
Thanks for stopping by. I’ve always enjoy taking notes of lines/words/things that I came across. I write them in daily journal. Lines like ‘chance favors the prepared mind’ from movie Under Siege 2, I saw that movie on tv last weekend. From daily handwriting, I graduated to blogging. Thats how I started. For the past few months I am dabbling w/photography, so I just incorporate them both.
I think if one wants to start blogging, begin w/something that you enjoy doing or talking. After 21 days (according to the common myth) you would form a habit of blogging. The rest is just momentum of the mind.
Thanks again. Appreciate your presence here.

      J.
